Located within the Shagbark Cabin Community, a gated resort with a staffed security checkpoint. Your parking and access passes will be ready at the gate—only registered vehicles are permitted. Guests receive a digital welcome guide 48 hours before arrival with driving directions, entry instructions, and amenity details.

Mountain Roads & Winter Travel Notice
🚙 4-wheel drive necessary during winter weather events!
🛣️ The drive is scenic but steep and winding, climbing approximately 2,500 feet in elevation on paved, well-traveled mountain roads.

Wildlife Notice 
🐻 Black bears and other wildlife are common throughout the Smoky Mountains. Guests should observe wildlife from a safe distance and never feed or approach animals. Food and trash should never be left outside or in vehicles. Vehicles must be locked at all times, as bears can and do enter unlocked cars in search of food.

Victoria’s Secret Hideaway is equipped with a Google Nest doorbell at the front entrance, an exterior camera monitoring the lower deck side entrance, and an additional exterior camera mounted near the Eagle’s Nest viewing area facing the mountains.

A signed rental agreement will be sent after booking and is required to confirm your reservation. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and matching credit card may also be required for verification purposes.

🚭 Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
❄️ *For safety and maintenance purposes, management reserves the right to temporarily close the outdoor shower when temperatures are expected to drop below 32°F.
